See the steps below to plan the right work for your roof.

Use clear roof facts

Pages use official local offices, state resources, and roof-maker guidance where useful. A source can explain a roof part or permit rule. It cannot diagnose your home. Ask a roofer to link each finding to the roof and the work proposed.

We do not claim unverified jobs, crews, licenses, reviews, or warranties. Roof images explain a topic. They are not used as proof of completed company work.

Check the office for your address

A postal town name does not settle who has permit authority. Check the property's legal location and the planned scope with the right office. The planning circle is 15 statute miles around East Peoria City Hall. City Hall is a reference point, not our office. Metamora and Mackinaw are only partly within that circle.
